Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons in Psychology across KS4 and KS5.
- Support students academic progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Promote a passion for the subject while maintaining high academic expectations.
- Contribute to the departments growth and development by sharing innovative teaching practices.
- Engage with students both academically and pastorally to ensure their wellbeing and success.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE).
- Proven experience teaching Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Passionate about the subject and inspiring students.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Salary:The salary for this position will be competitive and based on the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS) dependent on experience.
