Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leadingB2B solution providerwho are looking to recruit a Serbian speakingSecurity Agentfortheir offices in Belgrade Serbia.
Position: Security Agent
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular monitoring of designated areas verify identities at entry points enforce safety protocols.
- Utilize surveillance systems to detect and prevent potential security risks.
- Investigate security incidents including breaches and complaints and respond promptly to emergencies to ensure safety and effective evacuation procedures.
- Oversee the operation of security systems including cameras alarms and access controls and report any technical issues for timely resolution.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents or suspicious activities ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Implement measures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management.
- Engage in ongoing training and stay informed on industry best practices in security.
- Follow data protection regulations and confidentiality standards to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as fluency in Serbian.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a securityrelated position; relevant security certification or license is required.
- Willingness to work in 12hour shifts.
- Competence in operating and monitoring security systems (e.g. CCTV alarms access control).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident response procedures.
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate security records and documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify security risks.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm and respond efficiently during highpressure situations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly within a security team.
