To further strengthen its presence in our distribution territory Bihr is hiring a dedicated Brand Manager to drive the brands commercial success and ensure seamless collaboration between sales marketing purchasing and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
As Brand Manager Motul you will be the driving force behind the brands strategic development within Bihrs distribution in Benelux. Your mission is to maximize Motuls market performance by implementing effective gotomarket strategies aligning with Motuls global vision and supporting local sales . Youll also be in charge to drive customer engagement towards the brand and increase its market share on the territories youll cover. Your role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the brands success and alignment with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy & Development
- Act as the main liaison between Motul Bihrs Lubricants Product Manager and Bihrs internal teams.
- Ensure strong brand representation across all sales channels.
- Gather market insights to refine sales development plans.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Work alongside the Bihr sales teams in the field its your task to widen and strengthen the Motul presence at various sales outlets such as dealer showrooms and retail environments.
- Develop and implement marketspecific strategies aligned with Motuls global branding and vision.
- Coordinate and rollout product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns across sales teams. You are the driver behind all commercial projects
- Support Procurement teams to ensure an efficient stock strategy.
- Provide training and sales tools to internal teams and key accounts.
- Organize sales activations and dealer engagement initiatives.
- Represent the brand at industry trade shows and consumer events.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales KPIs (e.g. sellthrough rates margins rotation availability).
- Report marketing and sales actions ensuring full visibility.
- Identify opportunities for sales acceleration and market optimization.
- Manage the brands budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Skills & Experience :
We are looking for a strategic and resultsdriven professional with a passion for the powersports industry and brand management.
Required Qualifications :
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in business marketing or sales.
- 5 years of experience in brand management sales or marketing preferably in lubricants automotive or powersports.
- Strong knowledge of Dealer development gotomarket strategies and forecasting.
- Familiarity with motorcycle industry segments (Offroad Street Mobility).
- Fluent in English French Dutch.
- Proficient in Excel Word and digital marketing tools.
Additional Information :
- Contract: Permanent fulltime.
- Travel Requirement: Frequent travel across the distribution territory and HQ.
