Job Description

We are looking for a Client Success Manager Technologyto join a fastgrowing iGaming provider. This newly created role is essential in optimizing revenue from a technical standpoint while balancing commercial priorities. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients providing technical support and ensuring seamless integrations.

Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

As theClient Success Manager Technology you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams ensuring smooth operations and technical efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring new online casino platforms in the back office.
  • Managing backoffice settings for partners and game content.
  • Rolling out new game releases.
  • Conducting game testing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Providing technical assistance to clients primarily related to API integrations and casino setups.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Development and QA teams.
  • Supporting the Integrations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Working alongside Account Managers and Sales teams to understand business priorities.

    Requirements:

    To excel in this role you should have:

      • A proactive detailoriented and problemsolving mindset.
      • Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
      • A customerfirst approach with a sense of responsibility and ownership.
      • The ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
      • Experience in the iGaming industry (required).
      • Basic understanding of API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
      • Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and Excel.
      • A strong command of spoken and written English.
