- Agree sourcing strategies for each role approved
- Create an advert and publish on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
- Proactively target passive candidates using linkedin recruiter
- Via our ATS Manage the application process ensuing hiring managers are being presented with strong candidates in a timely manner
- Booking and managing the interview process ensuring the selection process is appropriate for the role
- Build relationships with Senior Management team to provide recruitment solutions to scalable recruitment requirements
- Providing support and guidance to the wider HR team
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of successfully attracting passive candidates
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience of managing multiple role profiles at any one time
- High sense of urgency
- Team player
- Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are welcomed
