You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Senior Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of Colliers UK. Working within our inhouse creative team you will be responsible for delivering highquality innovative designs across a range of digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing business development and other internal stakeholders to ensure our brand presence is impactful consistent and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns presentations reports brochures social media and digital content.
Ensure all design work aligns with Colliers brand guidelines maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Lead design projects from concept to completion ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling solutions.
Oversee the production of print and digital assets working with external vendors when necessary.
Stay up to date with design trends tools and best practices to continuously enhance the creative output.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers within the team.
Work effectively as part of a team supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders ensuring their needs are understood and met through effective design solutions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience working in an agency or inhouse studio.
A deeprooted understanding of design fundamentalscomposition typography coulor theory and layout are second nature to you.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print media.
Experience designing for corporate and B2B audiences is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
Must be a team player able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a dynamic creative team.
Must be approachable and able to communicate with internal stakeholders ensuring a seamless workflow and clear understanding of project goals.
Motion graphics and video editing experience is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of MS PowerPoint is a plus.
