Job Description
As a Creative Designer you will take charge of producing compelling digital and print assets ensuring every visual aligns with brand strategies. You ll work closely with global teams to deliver visually stunning designs that communicate ideas powerfully and consistently.

Shift: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Macedonia Afternoon Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid Macedonia
Your Daily Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of creative assets for digital and print media including marketing campaigns websites social media product packaging and brand collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product and development to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication
- Translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and compelling design concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and evolve brand guidelines to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Apply art direction and typography principles to layouts with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal
- Present and articulate design concepts and decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Provide strategic and creative solutions for design tasks and projects
- Design brochures logos ebooks ads infographics web pages and social media posts
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and others
- Create visually engaging presentations to convey complex information using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Incorporate illustrations images and visual elements that reflect the desired theme and tone
- Think strategically and suggest creative approaches for project execution
- Produce initial drafts for stakeholder and client review
- Revise materials based on feedback from stakeholders
- Review final outputs for errors and ensure they meet all objectives and specifications
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design multimedia or a related field
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in multimedia production and design
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere After Effects etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft software is a must
- Strong photography and videography editing skills motion graphics and camerawork is a plus
- Knowledge in other designing software like Canva and Figma is a plus
- Knowledge in the use of AI is a plus
Design Skills:
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects (logos graphic designs etc.) is essential. You must have a sharp eye for high-end tasteful production quality in graphic design.
- Creativity and Innovation: A passion for fresh forward-thinking design is key. You should have a strong sense of art direction typography composition realism texture color and lighting within a layout.
Soft Skills:
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams are essential.
- Time Management: You must be able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently while maintaining quality output.
- Openness to Feedback: A positive attitude toward critique and an eagerness to refine your work are vital to success.
