As a Guest Service Agent you will be the welcoming face of our hotel creating unforgettable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve:
Providing warm and professional service at reception ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
Handling guest requests and inquiries with efficiency and a problemsolving mindset.
Sharing local knowledge and insider tips to enhance our guests Queenstown experience.
Qualifications :
About You
We are looking for a customerfocused superstar who:
Excels at building relationships and adapting to changing priorities.
Has a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Possesses strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Has experience with Opera Opera Cloud or RTBS systems (an advantage but not essential).
Is available to work on weekly rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
