Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Southport QLD (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Flexible schedule with some fixed hours for team communication.
Paid Hours per Week: 20 hours
Responsibilities
- Create compelling video content using DaVinci Resolve ensuring alignment with project specifications and creative briefs.
- Actively participate in creative calls to gain insights into project requirements and unique editing styles.
- Adapt to and implement various editing techniques as directed by the team to achieve the desired creative vision.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to produce deliverables that exceed client expectations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of video projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing to continuously improve content quality.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of handson experience in professional video editing.
- Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective participation in creative calls and team collaborations.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different editing styles and follow creative direction.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple projects.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work consistently.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with other industrystandard video editing software is a plus.
- Passion for staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in video editing and digital media.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional work environment for remote collaboration.
