- Common requirements: Experience in US payroll legislation processes and Oracle payroll and compensation implementation
- Specific Job descriptions:
Need 2 Oracle HCM Payroll resource
Need 1 Oracle HCM Compensation module . Multiple experience implementing Oracle Compensation modules and supported post Golive activities.
o Business solution architect that can drive how the business should function and complete understanding of Oracle solution. Provide guidelines and recommendations to best practice country and custom options. Also manage and mentor existing junior technical business analyst.
o Mix of business analyst with technical skills that can update fast formulas get into the system review the configuration see what is not working help the business solution architect to implement the changes proposed.
