Job Opening: Hostel Warden (CBSE School) Siliguri West Bengal
Position: Hostel Warden
Location: Siliguri West Bengal
Salary: 1015 increase on current/last salary
Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus
- Experience in managing hostel facilities will be an advantage
Experience:
- 23 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar role in a residential school
- Strong understanding of hostel operations student welfare and discipline management
- Experience in dealing with the safety wellbeing and emotional support of students
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate hostel staff and students
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Compassionate and approachable with a focus on student welfare
- Fluent in English

- Immediate joining preferred by end of March 2025 or April 2025
