Project Manager - Engineering

Job Summary
In the frame of the group policy and processes manages the projects on all aspects
(contractual financial relationships technical and planning) from the beginning until the end of the
guarantee period in order to ensure the project objectives achievement.

Assesses risks and opportunities management on projects.          
Manages project changes and claims management.

    
Duties & Responsibilities 

• Defines and organizes the means to execute a contract.
• Manages the projects team ensuring that personnel understand the projects stakes share the objectives and are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Manages the relationships with all the external and internal stakeholders to ensure the contracts requirements fulfillment.
• Immediately reports any major impacts.
• Defines project objectives plans works actions and budgets costs and revenues.
• Assesses and controls detailed projects budget and planning. Issues periodical internal progress reports.
• Assesses risks and opportunities management on projects.
• Manages project changes and claims management.
• Active participant in technical meetings.
• Interacts with technical experts to resolve issues and risks.
• Anticipates and addresses specific topics and critical issues with the discipline engineers. Validates follows up and actualizes action plans.
• Actively participates in materials coordination and project planning with the manufacturing facilities
• Works closely with PSI leadership to ensure Services manufacturing is held to schedule

Education & Experience
Required:
5 years of experience in project engineering project management of capital equipment contracts.       
Experience in EP and EPC projects within domestic and international industrial markets including oil and gas power and chemical sectors.    
Skills in dealing with EPC contractors in challenging environments.      
Work in a high performing team environment.         
Bachelors Degree in an engineering related field.        

Preferred:
P. Eng. Certification    
PMP Certification

Compensation The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles.  The range is
