Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in Nanaimo Canada. As a Warehouse Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse facility contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

  • Pick pack and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Receive count and verify incoming vendor materials and customer returns
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
  • Assist in maintaining a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Operate warehouse management software for inventory tracking and order processing
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist with customer service at the counter as needed

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
  • Ability to learn and operate warehouse management software systems
  • Intermediate math skills for inventory calculations and measurements
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
  • Customerfocused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment


Additional Information :

Salary Range $45000 $50000
