Job Description
The Director of Rooms is responsible for overseeing the overall management and operations of the Rooms Division which includes Front Office Housekeeping Concierge and Bell Team. This role ensures a seamless and exceptional guest experience while driving profitability and optimizing operational efficiency. The Director of Rooms is also accountable for team member development setting departmental goals and maintaining high standards of service quality cleanliness and operational procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including Front Office Housekeeping Concierge and Bell operations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting forecasting and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional guest service skills and ability to manage guest relations.
