GrabRentals (GR) aims to provide sustainable access to high quality vehicles for our hirerpartners. Providing them income opportunities within the Grab platform without the need to personally own a vehicle. GR also plays a crucial role in securing vehicular supply for the Grab marketplace.
The team works closely with internal GR stakeholders in making sure various processes are set up and carried out accurately and efficiently. The team is also responsible for the performance of external providers who carry out part operational tasks.

The ideal candidate possesses strong problemsolving and analytical skills enabling them to identify and implement improvements in our systems and processes. Effective communication skills are essential as the role involves conveying complex process changes to various stakeholders. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects concurrently ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Overall owner of internal processes within GrabRentals (GR) team especially processes related but not limited to;
Rental agreements
Rental payment collection and incentives payout related
Driver facing processes related to benefits and loyalty.
Set up new processes for new business initiatives and expansion.
Support team in setting up end to end processes required for the success of new business
Drive continuous process improvement within GR. Identify opportunities analyze and improve existing business processes. This includes identifying root causes and measuring the impact of improvement projects.
Monitor receivables and drive corrective actions (as necessary) to maintain low arrears.
General administrative tasks and reports related
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Degree holder (preferably in business administration economics or supply chain)
You have at least 3 years of experience
Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in project management and change management.
Experience in change management methodologies.
Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools
