Job Description
- Review and verify manual data submissions from the field team nationwide
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency from the field team is provided in a timely manner
- Send active reminders to field team through various channels such as emails and whatsapp to ensure on time data submission
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing HO team on any changes in SOP or any data submission requirements that may arise
- Identify and communicate potential issues to Sales and Marketing HO team
- Organize and maintain data in our internal systems that are easily tracked and accessed
- Generate daily/weekly reports based on the data submissions
- Assist in marketing campaign preparation and
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 or equivalent education. Marketing or Agriculture background is considered as a plus
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Strong in excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office suite solutions
- Ability to work independently and inteam collaboration
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Contract for 6 Months
- Can join ASAP
