We are looking for a motivated and techsavvy individual with 12 years of experience in Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales & Field Force Applications. The ideal candidate will support the implementation optimization and maintenance of these systems ensuring seamless operations for sales teams and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and enhancement of Distributor Management Systems and Sales/Field Force Automation solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Support integrations between DMS CRM ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct system testing troubleshooting and user training sessions.
- Monitor data accuracy compliance and performance metrics within sales and distributor platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
Requirements

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Education: Bachelor s degree in engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Exposure to mobilebased field applications for sales teams.
Experience: 12 years of experience working with Distributor Management Systems (DMS) Sales Force Automation (SFA) or Field Force applications in industries like FMCG Retail or Consumer Goods.

You Are A Good Fit If This Sounds Like You: Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.
