Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive the sales of industrial videoscope products across multiple sectors (e.g. manufacturing oil and gas automotive aerospace etc..
- Identify and target potential clients build relationships with decisionmakers and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and work with the marketing team to generate and qualify new business.
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the industrial videoscope product line to enhance brand visibility.
- Promote the benefits and features of the videoscope through various channels including online campaigns trade shows and direct outreach.
- Create technical marketing materials including product brochures case studies and application notes to support sales efforts.
- Work with the marketing team to create and maintain a strong online presence including website content social media and email marketing.
Technical Expertise and Support:
- Act as the technical expert for industrial videoscope products providing presales support and product recommendations to customers.
- Understand client needs and customize the right solutions using the company s videoscope technology.
- Provide onsite or virtual technical training and demonstrations for clients to ensure proper product use.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to address customer concerns or provide feedback for product improvements.
Market Analysis:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products to position the company s industrial videoscope as the solution of choice.
- Provide feedback and insights on market needs competitive landscape and potential product developments.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build longlasting trustbased relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and aftersales support ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage proposals quotes and contracts for clients.

Salary: Rs 4.5 lacs p.a.approx
Technician must be well spoken on technical detailing with Installation Technique, Troubleshooting technique & Failure Technician must speak Local language such as Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam etc. Experience : 5 - 6 yrs Candidate must have worked with Manufactures, Dealers or Turnkey Maintenance or Contracting Company. Qualification : ITI, HVAC Training , NCVT or HVAC course Two Wheeler is must with Immediate Joining
