Role Summary:
- Oversee maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Guide technician teams on electrical activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Enforce electrical safety systems across the plan.
- Review and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans.
- Oversee Corrective Task Sheets (CTS) and Action Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Manage concern closure and spare parts planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives & Support Kaizen culture.
- Promote external training opportunities to enhance team expertise.
- Manage contractors and vendors according to Veolia contractor.
- management guidelines.
- Support sustainability initiatives.
- Implement technical quality and safety standards.
Key Skills required
Electrical competency Certificate from state Electrical authorities.
- Ability to work on the shop floor
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Knowledge of various maintenance activities
- Understanding of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to maintenance
- Ability to understand and work with Electrical drawings
- Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Knowledge of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment and its maintenance
Experience
02 years of experience in Maintenance and manufacturing plant.
Qualifications :
Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering
