Position: Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management excellent leadership and communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all aspects of the construction process including budgeting scheduling procurement and quality control
Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring that all deadlines are met
Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget
Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and efficiently
Oversee all onsite construction activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals including project managers engineers and contractors
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and issues
Review and approve all projectrelated documentation including contracts change orders and progress reports
Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and materials
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
