Job Description

An outstanding primary school in Hinckley is looking for a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their team in April 2025. With a strong focus on preparing students for their transition to secondary school the school provides an engaging and supportive environment where teachers are encouraged to be innovative and make a real impact on students lives.

Salary: MPS/UPS
Location: Hinckley Leicestershire
Start Date: April 2025
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent

Your Role:

  • Teach Year 6 students across a broad and challenging curriculum
  • Support students in preparing for SATs and the transition to secondary school
  • Create an inclusive and motivating environment for all learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and student outcomes

What We Need:

  • QTS and experience teaching Year 6
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for supporting students in their final primary year
  • Experience with SATs preparation is beneficial
