Role:
- Lead and ensure compliance with laws policies and other requirements within IT service delivery.
- Be responsible for operational supplier management including overseeing deliveries managing system failures and rolling out new versions.
- Establish and maintain SLAs with business owners.
- Ensure that internal and external agreements are in place to meet SLA requirements for the platform.
- Manage the platform budget and forecasts monitor cost development and drive proactive improvements in cost efficiency.
- Continuously review and adjust license forecasts to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Maintain an LCM (Lifecycle Management) plan for infrastructure components on an ongoing basis.
- Support the Platform Operations Manager with insights to ensure platform availability and performance.
- Collaborate with the Platform Engineering Manager and/or Chapter Leads regarding resources and expertise needed for operational changes.
- Implement and apply best practices in service operations continuously striving to improve service quality and performance.
