Location: Reading
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance

Your Role as SENCO:
- Lead the schools SEN provision ensuring students receive the right support.
- Oversee EHCPs targeted interventions and collaborate with external agencies.
- Work closely with teachers parents and support staff to develop individualized learning plans.
- Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and best practices in education.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance SEN support across the school.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).
- Experience in managing SEN provision in a secondary school setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to inclusion.
- A deep understanding of SEN strategies and legislation.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
