Job Title: Systems Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer (Hybrid)

Background/Need:
The Group supports the Missile Defense Agency in the development deployment testing and enhancement of the nation’s missile defense system. This system is currently being developed to defend the United States deployed forces and allies from missile attacks. This group performs detailed system and component engineering flight and ground test analysis and advanced capability development in collaboration with the contractors and government program offices that are building the missile defense elements and components. The group has a need for a Systems Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer to support the analysis of future system requirements. The engineer will manage develop update and run system models and simulation tools to evaluate missile defense system performance and support algorithm development.
Must Have:
The candidate must have 5 year(s) of experience in data analysis using MATLAB.
Experience with Linux or Unix operating systems for 2 years.
GUI Development 2 years.
Candidates should be well versed in modeling and simulation and trade studies and analysis.
Experience or background in RF analysis.
Ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with analysis of ballistic missiles is highly desired.
MATLAB Signal Processing Techniques (Fourier Transformations filters etc. desired.
Education & Experience: Master's with 10 years of relevant work experience.
Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance.
