Tasks
- Create and execute detailed project plans to ensure smooth progress.
- Research and develop strategies for success in new markets.
- Oversee key projects driving our European expansion.
- Conduct market analyses create financial projections and develop business plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide updates to management and address challenges proactively.
Requirements
- University Degree in Economics Business or Technical disciplines
- Experience working in a staffing agency and/or experience with project management
- Willingness to relocate to Prague Czech Republic
- South African Drivers License and a willingness to obtain an international license or complete driving school in the Czech Republic
- Proficiency in English (C1 and an eagerness to drive for workrelated travel
- Strong strategic organizational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication abilities attention to detail and a positive attitude towards people
- Be resultsoriented and have willingness to learn new things
- Leadership skills ability to delegate solve problems efficiently and negotiate confidently
