Job Description
A Workshop Supervisor is a person responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a workshop. Their main job is to ensure that work is completed efficiently safely on time and to the required quality standards.
Tasks
- Oversee and coordinate daily workshop activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise a team of technicians and support staff providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain efficient workflow.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
