Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are now growing their CRM department and seeking to hire a Regional CRM Manager.
As the DACH CRM Manager you will lead the development and of CRM campaigns designed to maximize player retention satisfaction and lifetime value in the Germanspeaking markets of Germany Austria and Switzerland. With a strong focus on personalization and customer engagement you will leverage your experience with CRM tools like Symplify to enhance player experiences and drive measurable results.
Tasks
- Create and oversee CRM campaigns that effectively engage and retain players in the DACH region.
- Utilize Symplify and other CRM tools to deliver targeted automated and personalized communication with players.
- Monitor player data campaign performance and feedback to continually optimize strategies.
- Work closely with marketing product and data teams to ensure cohesion across all campaigns and enhance player journeys.
- Generate actionable insights from CRM performance to refine customer targeting and improve overall outcomes.
- Stay uptodate on regional trends competitor activities and player preferences to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Nativelevel fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- 3 years of experience in a CRM management role within the gambling
- Strong experience with Symplify CRM or similar platforms for campaign management player segmentation and automation.
- A datadriven approach to CRM with experience analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Indepth knowledge of the DACH market and customer preferences in Germany Austria and Switzerland.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams.
