Job Description

Compensation: $64000$67275
Schedule
Sunday 10 am 9 pm (until close)
Monday/Tuesday 12 pm 9 pm (until close)
Wednesday/Thursday 10 am 6 pm
*Salaried position; overtime required as needed*
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide daily handson support and leadership for the department.
- Administer daily job tasks to warehouse team.
- Assist Manager with quarterly counting and/or annual physical inventories using Warehouse Management System
- Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive store and load food products and support goods with established company standards
- Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA company standards local state and federal requirements
- Assist in compiling daily key indicators
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Review the load sheet and verify the accuracy of the assembled load
- Performs regular Gemba walks
As needed fills in for Warehouse team members and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals.
Qualifications :
- 23 years of supervisory experience in warehouse manufacturing or production
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Basic understanding of 5S
- Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Walking in/ around the warehouse with great frequency; many facilities are over a quarter mile in length
- Regular bending lifting stretching and moving totes up to 49 pounds
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures 3338 degrees and in environments with exposure to loud machinery
