Job Description
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am4:59am)
Essential Job Functions:
- Receiving and Loading: Follow all plant SOPs and HAACP guidelines for loading and unloading fertilizer and feed products as well as operate front end loader.
- Ensure the organic integrity of inbound products through inspections. Training: Review and follow all plant SOPs.
- Batching: Ensure documentation is accurate for all batched products. Operate Repete software and accurately measure all hand adds. Properly document the lot numbers for each pound of product batched.
- Monitor Safety and House Keeping: Ensure the housekeeping plan is followed and properly documented on a daily basis. All plant areas must comply with food safety and OSHA requirements at all times
- Assist with plant maintenance as directed.
- Relieve lead person as directed by lead or supervisor.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to read understand and implement written instructions and procedures.
- Complete reports with legible handwriting
- Ability to Lift 80100 pounds
- Able to work rotating shifts weekends and overtime (As Needed)
- Able to adapt to heights up to 160 feet and confined spaces
- Mathematical aptitude
- Good organization skills: Self Motivated
- Some computer Skills
- Good overall employment and attendance
Preferred Requirements
- Warehouse experience
