Input and maintain accurate data into company databases spreadsheets and systems.
Organize and manage electronic files ensuring they are wellstructured and uptodate.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings manage team calendars and handle reminders.
Prepare reports presentations and documents as requested.
Respond to email inquiries and manage correspondence efficiently.
Provide general administrative support including researching information compiling data and assisting team members as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical or operational issues related to administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills capable of handling multiple tasks.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued!
