Job Description
We are looking for skilled Java Developers with expertise in both frontend (React) and backend (Java Spring Boot) development. As a Java Developer at IncubXperts you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining robust and scalable financial technology solutions. This position requires a strong foundation in React for frontend development Java Spring Boot for backend development and proficiency in working with Postgres SQL databases.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deliver highquality software solutions.
Build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code for both frontend and backend components.
Develop responsive and userfriendly interfaces using React for an enhanced user experience.
Implement backend functionality using Java Spring Boot to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.
Design and maintain database schema write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance using Postgres SQL.
Participate in code reviews troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8 Years of handson experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in React for frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot for building scalable and robust backend systems.
- Experience working with Postgres SQL databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms preferably AWS.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a teamoriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
1. Leadership & Team Management 7-10 years of experience, preferably in startups and IT. Has led a UX team before, providing mentorship and guidance. Acts as a bridge between teams and managers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Takes a stand on behalf of the team, advocating for design priorities and needs. Encourages the team to push beyond their comfort zone while fostering a supportive environment. Is approachable and accessible, making collaboration easy. 2. UX Strategy & Provides UX design solutions aligned with business and user needs. Ensures alignment of work processes across different UX projects. Drives and understands project estimations for better planning and . Oversees client documentation and design handover for smooth implementation. Streamlines UX workflows to improve efficiency across projects. Communicates design decisions effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 3. Design Expertise & Feedback Has a strong sense of UX and graphic design, ensuring high-quality outputs. Provides constructive feedback on UX and graphic design elements. Supports the team in innovative design thinking and brainstorming sessions. Has knowledge of best practices and standard design principles. 4. Technical & Analytical Skills Comes with diverse domain experience, having worked on various types of projects. Skilled in requirement analysis and business analysis, bridging user needs with business objectives. Understands development tools and languages, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers.
Education
7-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
