Bilingual Contract Administrator (Insurance) Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking three bilingual professionals to join their Distributor Services team. This role involves managing contracting licensing and business transfers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position is fully remote with an option for hybrid work if preferred and requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a highvolume environment.

9month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm (can shift to 9 am to 5 pm once trained).

Responsibilities:
Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests across multiple systems.
Verify licensing in accordance with advisor contracting and provincial regulations.
Conduct research and facilitate business transfers between advisors.
Maintain accurate records and perform ongoing administrative updates for contracted advisors.
Ensure adherence to company policies compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners using bilingual (English and French) verbal and written skills.
Manage workload efficiently under pressure while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management.
Collaborate within a team while demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree is an asset but relevant experience is prioritized.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and/or knowledge in the insurance industry.
Familiarity with complex distribution systems or a strong aptitude for learning new software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of licensing requirements across provinces (preferred).
Ability to manage priorities effectively handle high volumes and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong organizational and attentiontodetail skills.
Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong virtual collaboration and selfmanagement.
