Pay Rate:$14.00 $17.00/hr (DOE)
Shift:Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (OT as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking aPrecision Grinderto join our manufacturing team inTulsa OK. This role is critical in ensuring thathighquality partsare produced efficiently while maintaining strictquality and costcontrol standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members and supervisors tomeet production schedules maintainoptimal machine efficiency and upholdprecision machining standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operateprecision grinding machinesto manufacture highquality parts according to company standards.
- Collaborate withother departmentsto ensure seamless production and effective communication.
- Performmachine setups and tooling adjustmentsto meetquality surface finish and dimensional tolerances.
- Inspectyour own workto ensure compliance with specifications before submitting parts for final inspection.
- Work closely with supervisors tomaintain production schedules minimize waste and uphold quality standards.
- Participate incrosstrainingto enhance skill development and improve operational flexibility.
- Maintain apositive teamoriented attitudewhile building strong working relationships with coworkers supervisors and customers.
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as aPrecision Grinderor in a similarmachining roleis preferred.
- Ability toread and interpret technical drawingsand work withprecision tools and machining techniques.
- Strongverbal communication skillsto collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and capable of working independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- A cooperative andserviceoriented mindsetto foster a positive and productive work environment.
Physical Requirements
- 95 of the shift requires standing bending squatting and climbingwhile running production and inspecting work.
- Ability tolift pull push and hold materialsweighing up to50 lbsin confined areas or limited spaces.
Use oflifting devices is encouraged but some manual handling is required due to machine configurations.
