Job Description
Our client is a fastgrowing and highly trusted player in the Gaming and Fintech sector offering cuttingedge B2B banking and payment solutions. Licensed in multiple jurisdictions this company processes over 2bn in payments annually and continues to expand year after year.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic experienced leader to drive strategy and across our investment portfolio with an initial focus on a wellestablished Fintech business.
Operating at the intersection of banking payments and iGaming this role requires deep expertise in B2B financial services including multibank relationships crossborder payment rails and FX management. You will be responsible for leading a distributed team optimizing processes ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining seamless client interactions.
As a key senior leader you will oversee critical business functions ensuring SLAs are met crossfunctional collaboration is effective and clients receive bestinclass service. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a highgrowth business while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
- Fintech experience ideally from an EMI Payment Institution or regulated banking environment
- Strong knowledge of SEPA SWIFT Faster Payments ACH and other banking rails
- Expertise in foreign exchange and multicurrency payment flows
- Proven ability to manage banking relationships and partnerships
- Track record of leading and developing highperforming teams in multiple locations
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive operational excellence
