1st Line Support Engineer 12 months Kassel
Our important client is currently looking for a first line support engineers for a 12month period based in Kassel. Day rate is negotiable.
Please find the details below:
Our client is looking for on site engineer to help users with daytoday queries part for tasks where remote cannot assist and also part for users who do not speak any other language than German.
Tasks
Install configure and maintain PCs laptops copiers tablets.
Solving minor network issues or connecting users to the network.
Documenting and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
Language: German/English
Duration: 3 days a week (local candidates are required)
Other: Remote support of end users will normally still be done from HQ Ghent
