Job Description
Position: Data Annotator (Dutch)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing and interpreting language patterns.
- Identifying meanings and patterns in the composition of words in the assigned language.
- Recognizing similarities and differences in various intentions expressed through virtual assistants.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Consistently delivering high performance to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements (SLA).
- Ensuring quality standards and key performance targets are met.
- Understanding and aligning with business needs and expectations.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements.
- Upholding confidentiality and complying with company and customer policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- A Bachelors degree in any field or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in grammar.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
