A Barback plays a crucial support role in bar operations ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve guests efficiently.

• Ensure bar stations are fully stocked before and during service.
• Restock liquor beer wine mixers and garnishes throughout the shift.
• Refill glassware napkins straws and bar tools as needed.
• Keep the bar clean organized and clutterfree at all times.
• Collect and wash dirty glassware ensuring bartenders always have clean supplies.
• Dispose of trash empty bottles and used garnishes regularly.
• Wipe down bar counters equipment and seating areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in preparing garnishes.
• Help with basic drink prep when needed.
• Answer basic guest inquiries or direct them to bartenders for recommendations.
• Ensure guests receive fast and efficient service by keeping the bar wellmaintained.
• Follow all health safety and liquor laws to maintain a responsible work environment.

Qualifications :

• Previous bar or restaurant experience (preferred).
• Strong physical stamina (lifting heavy items standing for long hours).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Team player mindset willing to help wherever needed.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails liquor brands and bar operations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
