Job Description
Our client a leading architectural firm renowned for their innovative designs and commitment to sustainable practices is seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Development Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will spearhead project development overseeing Site Development and Due Diligence Coordinators to drive project success from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visionary Leadership: Champion design excellence and client satisfaction by guiding projects from initial site selection and entitlement through construction and occupancy.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with clients architects engineers consultants and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and achieve key milestones.
- Empower & Inspire: Build a highperforming team by assessing staffing needs leading the recruitment process and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Innovative ProblemSolver: Proactively address and resolve challenges related to project execution team management and process improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and implement departmental standards procedures and training programs to drive efficiency and maintain a high level of performance.
- Financial Acumen: Meticulously manage projects within budget and contractual guidelines ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and the firm.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of architectural design site development public approval processes building codes zoning regulations and entitlement strategies.
- Project Management Prowess: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple largescale complex architectural projects concurrently.
- Design & Visualization Skills: Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD 3D Studio or FormZ Photoshop PowerPoint MS Word and MS Excel to effectively communicate project vision and progress.
- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results.
- DetailOriented: Highly organized meticulous and capable of ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fastpaced environment.
- ClientCentric: Passionate about understanding client needs and exceeding their expectations through exceptional service and innovative solutions.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelors degree in architecture landscape architecture civil engineering planning or a related field.
- 1520 years of experience in architectural project management or development demonstrating a history of successful project delivery.
- Licensure in architecture or a related field is a plus.
