Job Description
Are you ready to create insightful data visualizations and contribute to the evolution of a modern data platform We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst to join our innovative Institutional Retirements Data Delivery team. This role is key to delivering insightful analysis and supporting informed business decisionmaking through highquality data visualizations.
As an essential member of the team you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including data engineering data delivery and governance to ensure the reliability and performance of our data solutions. You will execute processes and controls in line with the data strategy and contribute to its continuous improvement.
What youll be doing:
- Understanding the data systems and structures within the business and contributing towards improvements
- Ensuring all outputs are visualized to a high standard using best practices
- Continuously developing processes to improve performance through automation and appropriate tooling choices
- Delivering ad hoc analytics and visualizations for internal customers using tools like SQL Tableau and PowerBI
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with all stakeholders providing advice and guidance on data analytics and visualization
- Ensuring timely delivery of regular reports to the business aiming for automation and standardization
- Engaging stakeholders and undertaking appropriate testing prior to the implementation of any system or business changes
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience of applying data modelling concepts to create efficient and scalable datasets for reporting
- Experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail and reconciliation
- Experience in creating dashboards/data visualizations with tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation to create and maintain datasets
- Experience in producing and automating regular reporting through analytical tools
- Strong skills in gathering requirements from stakeholders and managing expectations
- Familiarity with coding languages for data manipulation such as SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and dashboarding tools
