Job Description
We are working with a software company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Lead Fullstack Developer to join their Singapore team.
Seeking a handson FullStack Tech Lead with expertise in Python React microservices and middleware systems. This role involves leading a development team collaborating with product teams and architecting scalable secure applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team ensuring highquality software delivery.
- Develop and maintain fullstack applications (APIs frontends middleware).
- Optimize performance security and scalability in a cloud environment.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions Kubernetes.
- Work with AI/ML technologies LLMs and network graph analytics.
- Administer Jira for sprint planning and tracking.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python React Docker Redis MongoDB RabbitMQ Apache CouchDB.
- Experience with cloud deployments and Agile (Scrum biweekly sprints).
- Knowledge of secure coding performance optimization and application monitoring.
- Preferred: Exposure to AI LLMs supervised learning and database management.
