Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer
Location: Pune
Employment Type: FullTime
Relevent Experience: min 4 yrs in MERN stack.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of experience in developing robust scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB Express.js React.js Node.js) stack. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining complex applications while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with product managers UI/UX designers and other developers to create responsive userfriendly applications.
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
- Implement scalable APIs and integrate thirdparty services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles including planning standups and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 4 years of professional experience in fullstack development using the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript.
- Experience with MongoDB Express.js React.js and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Proficient in RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL development.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
