Job Description
Join Olssons Civil Site Design team as a Senior Engineer making a significant impact on the success of our growth in Arkansas as we continue to expand our footprint to Little Rock!
Olsson specializes in providing multidisciplinary preliminary and construction design services for a diverse range of land development projects including mixeduse commercial and residential developments industrial facilities sports venues schools and various site development types. We are committed to positively impacting communities through innovative and sustainable solutions.
As the Senior Civil Engineer you will hold a senior leadership role within our team providing crucial technical support. You will serve as the lead engineer on complex projects utilizing your highlevel technical expertise in engineering design. Ensuring the highest quality standards you will execute QA/QC plans for the teams projects and elevate technical expertise by mentoring and training team members in technical design aspects. Additionally you will play an advisory role on challenging projects provide project management support when needed and maintain quality control by conducting thorough checks on plans and deliverables.

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of eight 8 years of related Civil Engineering experience
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proficiency in site layout grading utility design erosion control regulatory approvals etc.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
