Job Description

Location & Hours:
- Location: ALDI Kelvin Grove Bishop Street 12 Kelvin Grove Queensland 4059
- 35 hours per week Contract
Salary: Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $32.72 shift allowances
What we need from you
Knowledge
- Successful completion of the RSM Pathway preferred
Skills
- Maintains the highest standard of compliance safety and cleanliness
- Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100 till accuracy at all times
- Efficiently merchandises stock ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss
- Ensures all controls policies procedures and guidelines are followed
- Accurately checks off store deliveries where required
- Proactively identifies and reports incidents hazards and near misses
- Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures
- Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism
