Job Description
Redica provides AIdriven data products to our 200 life science customers. Were seeking a forwardthinking and resultsdriven AI Product Manager to join our Product team. In this pivotal role you will lead the strategy and development of key AI product families that define Redicas market leadership and future success in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
You will work at the intersection of AI technologies data science technology and business shaping the future of our AI offerings and ensuring their scalability usability and alignment with customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to influence executivelevel decisions champion and work with the latest in AI innovation and deliver solutions that make a measurable difference for our customers and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the longterm vision strategy and roadmap for how AI will be integrated into multiple product families ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists Machine Learning Engineers and SubjectMatter Experts to design build and scale impactful AI solutions that address complex customer challenges and workflows.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in artificial intelligence driving innovation and influencing product strategy across product lines.
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities customer needs and competitive insights to guide the development of AI in highimpact products and features.
- Serve as a trusted partner to crossfunctional leaders facilitating collaboration across product engineering design sales marketing and customer success teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on leveraging AI in development solutions ensuring delivery of exceptional solutions to complex customer problems.
- Mentor and develop senior product leaders fostering a culture of ownership growth and excellence across the product and engineering organization.
- Represent the company externally as a product expert engaging with customers partners and industry stakeholders to build trust and advocate for the product vision.
- Champion a datadriven approach to decisionmaking balancing qualitative and quantitative insights with strategic judgment to drive outcomes.
About You
- AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies frameworks and applications. Proven ability to translate AI concepts into actionable and impactful products.

Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in Product Management including at least 5 years leading the development of AI/MLdriven products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering AIpowered solutions collaborating with Data Scientists Machine Learning Engineers and AI researchers to create scalable impactful products.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn or similar and familiarity with AI model deployment in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau PowerBI) and familiarity with data pipelines advanced data structures SaaS architecture and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies with demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams in mature product organizations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA or equivalent) are a plus.
