Job Description

As a CSRD Senior Consultant you will:

  • Support clients in understanding and applying leading sustainability reporting standards and frameworks;
  • Conduct assessments and audits of current sustainability practices and reporting processes;
  • Design and implement sustainability strategies and action plans tailored to client needs;
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance client capabilities in sustainability reporting.

In your capacity as a CSRD Resource Planner you will:

  • Monitor resource allocation and staff distribution to align with engagement budgets and client needs;
  • Oversee the annual planning process collaborating closely with senior stakeholders;
  • Resolve resource shortfalls and scheduling conflicts effectively and proactively;
  • Analyze resourcing data identify trends and provide actionable insights to inform decision making;
  • Manage resourcing systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency maintaining uptodate records;
  • Collaborate at a national level on knowledge management reporting and system optimization;
  • Proactively propose improvements to resourcing processes and systems.

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A completed Masters degree in Sustainability Environmental Science Business Administration or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sustainability assurance/consulting and resource planning preferably within the CSRD domain;
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g. GRI ISSB SASB or similar);
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written; proficiency in Dutch is also beneficial.

In this role you have the flexibility to work from our offices in Amsterdam Rotterdam or Utrecht. We embrace a hybrid work model blending remote work from home with time spent at Deloitte offices or client locations.
