Job Description
As a (Senior) Manager you make an impact on our growth ambitions through:
- Deliver top notch service and deliverables to our clients lead the engagement planning and budget orchestrate expertise across Deloitte mobilize and manage the right team create structure and overview lead and facilitate interviews and workshops with senior client stakeholders;
- Manage interaction with clients and sponsors on a daily basis advise clients on topics such as digital and business transformations innovation and new technologies;
- Shape leading transformative projects at our clients develop and maintain a network of decision makers in the industry setup and lead pursuit teams lead development of proposals setup or participate in round tables and development of Point of Views;
- Be a mentor and coach for the team further strengthen the team through development and recruitment recognize individual and team contributions enable an inclusive team culture provide input and participate in the staffing and performance management process.
Qualifications :

With your personal strengths view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager Power Utilities & Renewables:
- a Masters degree in (preferably) economics business or technology;
- extensive consulting 6 years) experience leading large transformational programs and/or relevant industry experience from the Power Utilities & Renewables sector;
- a strong network in the Energy Resources or Industrials sectors;
- excellent social communication and analytical skills in both Dutch and English;
