Job Description

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and increase sales. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to execute online and offline marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy &

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to align with business goals.
  • Oversee the of digital and traditional marketing campaigns including social media email marketing SEO/SEM and print advertising.
  • Manage brand positioning ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Create engaging marketing content for corporate collateral website blogs and social media.
  • Collaborate with agencies vendors and internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create salesready tools and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Track and measure marketing campaign effectiveness providing insights and recommendations.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple marketing projects ensuring deadlines budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee creative production including graphic design video production and web development.
  • Maintain marketing reports analyze performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field.
57 years of professional marketing experience with at least 3 years in brand/product management in FMCG retail or hospitality.
Strong experience in digital marketing direct response campaigns and brand positioning.
Excellent communication project management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
