Job Description

Were seeking a strategic resultsdriven Director Client Leadership to lead client relationships with a mix of creativity insight and operational excellence. Youll take the reins on integrated campaigns collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that not only achieve business goals but also foster strong authentic brand connections. As a Director Client Leadership youll be responsible for driving strategy and ensuring seamless across multiple channels. Your ability to think strategically manage crossfunctional teams and keep projects moving forward will be key to delivering impactful brandbuilding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building and nurturing strong longterm relationships. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable integrated strategies.
  • Business Health: Deliver growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing client accounts ensuring consistent revenue growth and longterm client retention by actively managing budgets timelines and deliverables to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Integrated Strategy: Develop and oversee the of integrated marketing campaigns that engage consumers drive loyalty and enhance brand connections. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach across channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategy creative and production to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the daytoday management of client accounts including project timelines budgets and deliverables. Ensure campaigns stay on track and exceed client expectations.
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand ambassador ensuring that every campaign and touchpoint reflects the clients vision and values while driving results.
  • Insights & Reporting: Use data and analytics to provide actionable insights optimizing campaigns for better performance and greater impact. Regularly report on results to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Guide junior team members and foster a collaborative creative environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
  • Masters degree in Marketing is preferred
  • 1012 years of relevant Marketing experience agency experience highly recommended
  • Strategic and Growth Mindset: Ability to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive both immediate results and longterm brand growth
  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading client accounts managing teams and overseeing the successful of complex campaigns
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams
  • ProblemSolving: Proactive and solutionoriented with a keen ability to tackle challenges creatively
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across teams sharing insights and driving a unified approach to brand relationships
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $135000.00$175000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors including but not limited to prior employment history/jobrelated skills and qualifications length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus eligible with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
