Job Description
- Lead Technical Development: Oversee the design development and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions ensuring scalability performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of developers providing technical direction code reviews and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
- System Customization: Design and implement custom modules and features in Odoo to meet specific business needs for Sales Service and Finance teams.
- Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Odoo and other business systems such as Payment Gateway CRM IoT.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Managers business stakeholders and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Code Quality and Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices ensuring the delivery of highquality maintainable code.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced technical support for Odoo ERP solutions troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes to maintain system reliability.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Odoo features modules and industry trends leveraging new opportunities to improve the ERP system.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is created and maintained for all customizations processes and integrations.
Qualifications :
- Experience with Odoo ERP: At least 3 years of handson experience in developing implementing or customizing Odoo ERP solutions including expertise in core modules like Sales Service and Finance.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python PostgreSQL XML and JavaScript with a deep understanding of Odoos framework and architecture.
- Customization and Integration Skills: Proven ability to design and develop custom modules and integrate Odoo with thirdparty systems using APIs and connectors.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading technical teams mentoring developers and managing development workflows with a focus on collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Analytical and ProblemSolving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP Processes: Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes particularly in Sales Service and Finance domains.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

- System Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing system performance conducting performance testing and ensuring system reliability.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities deliver projects on time and ensure highquality results.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Certifications in Odoo or related technologies are a plus.
