Job Description

Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity

An exciting 12month opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). In this role you will be key to developing and delivering programmes that foster entrepreneurial skills and support staff and students in turning ideas into impactful ventures.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement the annual CIE programme strategy aligning operational activities with strategic goals.
  • Design and manage universitywide programmes that build innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets for students and staff.
  • Support recruitment campaigns by collaborating with the CIE Engagement Manager.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Ensure high service delivery standards and excellent customer experiences in all interactions.
  • Oversee the CIE programmes budget and support effective financial management.
  • Lead and develop staff by providing clear responsibilities training and resources.
     

This is a fulltime 37.5 hours per week) 1 year fixed term position covering staff leave.
This role is primarily based onsite with some flexibility depending on business needs.
Evening availability (up to two nights per week) may be required to support programme delivery during busy periods.

The remuneration range for this role is $83300 $102900 depending on skills and experience.
